1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry and entry is deemed acceptance of them.
2. Competition closes at midnight on 15 April 2010
3. Grand Prize: There is one prize of $2500 worth of Palmers Gift Cards to win, to build the garden of your dreams. All Palmers Garden Club members at the close date will be entered in the draw. The first name drawn will be declared the winner. The winner(s) will be notified by 22 April 2010 by telephone and / or mail.
4. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
5. To the extent permitted by law, Palmers will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prize(s).
6. Information collected can be used by Palmers for on-going marketing purposes.
7. Winners agree that Palmers may use their names and photographs for promotional purposes. |
