COMPETITION ENTRY FORM TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry and entry is deemed acceptance of them.
- Competition closes at midnight on 31st August 2010.
- Grand Prize: There is one 'Pamper Pack' Grand Prize for the winner and a friend for two days in Auckland inclusive of Spa and Beauty treatments, airfares (if necessary) accomodation plus spending money to win.
Other Prizes: There is also 1 of 18 Bain de Terre Gift Hampers to win. 1 per store. The first Palmers Garden Club member’s name drawn will be declared the grand prize winner. The winners will be notified within 7 days by telephone and/or email.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
- Entries open to all residents of New Zealand except employees and immediate families of Palmers, it's agencies and printers.
- To the extent permitted by law, Palmers will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prize(s).
- Information collected, may be used by Palmers for on-going marketing purposes.
- Winners agree that Palmers may use their names and photographs for promotional purposes.
