I have Chionochloa flavicans (mini Toetoe) in my garden. This is the 2nd year they have flowered I am not sure how to care for them. I tried to pull last years dead foliage away but the whole plant tends to want to come out of the ground. Could you give me any advice on their care please it would be much appreciated.

Keep them well watered, as they are quite shallow rooting. When removing old foliage and flowers, you will need to just cut them off with secateurs.
