I planted some gaura last winter. Now it is summer time and they have grown quite tall, but I have no flowers and my plants are drooping. What do I need to do to get them to stand upright and flower?

You can try staking them and gently tieing them in place. Flowering time for Gaura is from late spring thru summer. An application of application of slow release fertiliser now if you have not done it during early spring will be of benefit. A light prune to remove dead flower stems in mid summer after they have flowered can extend the flowering period into winter. Are they growing in sunny, well drained position?
