Our magnolia hasn’t flowered and it must be at least five year old..any advice please

Hi Mike, I’m thinking it is an deciduous Magnolia, one possibility is that it isn’t getting the winter cold, which helps induce the flowers or possibly it is getting lots of organic fertiliser that encourages lots of leaf growth not flower growth. Maybe you are pruning the tree at the wrong time (pruning of the flowers). Thanks the Palmers Team
