Is weekly foilar and root feeding via inverted bottles with feed spikes fitted and containing a suitably diluted horse/seaweed/comfrey liquid manure an acceptable substitue for commercial fertilisers. My “No Dig” beds are dressed annually with compost made from horse/seaweed/pine needles and mulched with pine needles and also dressed with lime to balance the acidity/PH of the other amendments. When about 30cm high my tomatoes/curcubits/brassicas are also mulched with chopped up seaweed.

It could well be – the proof will be in the growth of the crop. It will also be affected by the dilution, crop types and any crop rotation that you are doing.
