We are currently planting an orchard of various fruit trees. Is there a problem planting numerous types of trees in the same plot/area? providing they have plenty of room? We are planting Fejoas, Lemonade, Olive, Lime, Cherry, Apple, nectarene, pear, grapefruit, lemons, oranges, almond etc so a vast variety.

No, that will actually be more ‘natural’ than mass planting of one or 2 types of fruit trees. Remember if you’re planting in summer to water very deeply, use plenty of compost and mulch well too. Have a look at the Palmers How To Guides on Fruit trees for further information,
