I have a raised vege garden in Kumeu that is currently waterlogged. Is there anything that I can dig in or change to reduce the water content? I can’t do anything with it right now…

Drainage is the key here. A raised bed usually drains well, even if the surrounding area is waterlogged. The soil in the garden needs to be friable and free draining for this to happen. There are a number of products that can be dug through the soil (pummice, sand, chunky compost, fine bark etc) to help this free drain. I would have an exploratory dig down to see if water is pooling under the garden, in which case you would need to adress that issue with some form of drainage if you can.
