Palmers was established on the Taradale Rd, Napier site in 1993 as a destination garden centre with a café.
Graeme Campbell, Palmers Owner/Manager, is proud to say “We have consciously developed this area to create an attractive destination. We have staff with extensive garden and plant knowledge. We have a passion for our business and have a great deal to offer the gardening public. We will go out of our way to source items for our customers”. In 1998 it was franchised and sold to Wormco Ltd, a jointly owned company of the Campbell and Saunders families. Over the pursuing years the site and services have developed extensively. Transit constructed a large roundabout and expressway link. This has given Palmers Napier a very strong road exposure. A landscape yard, “Expressway Landscape”, has been developed and leased out which is a great complement to our garden centre. |

We have a close relationship with David Pidgeon from “Outside Impressions Ltd” who works mainly with our special customers. David is an experienced landscape designer who provides garden maintenance to heavy landscaping.
