Palmers COVID-19 Update

At Palmers, we’re a bunch of passionate people who are committed to the joy of good living and that includes keeping in mind the safety and health of our Palmers community – that’s you, our customers, as well as our team members.

As of 10th November, all Palmers stores will be able to welcome customers inside their store.
This means that you are able to enter our stores and shop for plants and gardening products!
To help keep our staff and customers safe, we ask that you please abide by all safety precautions.
  • If you are feeling at all unwell, please stay at home.
  • Before entering your local Palmers store, please either scan the QR code or register your details and sanitise your hands. During busy periods, you may be asked to wait to enter the store, this is to ensure that between the cafe and Palmers, we do not have too many people inside the premises at any one time.
  • As we operate in a large area, we ask that you wear a mask or face covering while shopping. Our teams will be wearing masks too.
  • Please keep a 2m distance from other shoppers and staff and follow the distance guides on the floor when queuing at the checkout. Our team will be regularly sanitising trolleys, baskets, till areas and other ‘high touch zones.’
If you’re not ready to leave your bubble just yet, we will still have plenty of plants and garden essentials in stock for when you do come in store.
