Avocado tree

Last year I was going to buy a avocado tree from our local Palmers centre. Unfortunately, those they had were all ‘put aside’ for others who had ordered them.
Our Palmers Garden Centre (Napier)has since closed down and we still want to purchase a tree. We were originally after the Cleopatra species as it only grows approx. 3mtrs high.
We are now after a Hass ? tree as we are told the Cleopatra are hard to come by. No garden centre in Napier appears able to help us.
Can you advise if you have any in stock or able to get any in. We have family in Rotorua so picking up one is not a problem. Finding one to buy is….
