I have a Plum (black doris) tree 2 meters 3 years and flowers heavily in spring but no fruits with plenty of leaves. Should I cut it down and could you suggest replacement plum tree that bears plenty of fruits please?

Black doris needs to have another plum tree for a pollinator – so you will need to plant another plum for this purpose, or remove the black doris and plant a self fertile plum tree in its place. Check with your local store to see what they have in stock.
