A number of cabbage trees that were damaged with a severe storm. 3 heads (and up to 1m of stem) have been snapped off (were about 3-4m tall with a trunk about 8-10cm wide) and another small one has just become loose and leans right over (it is only about 1.5m tall and has a trunk around 5cm thick). Are these salvageable? What is my best plan of attack?

Cabbage trees will grow back from a clean cut of the trunk so whether you were to cut them right back to ground height and have them sprout from the base or leave them once pruned to sprout from the trunk, yes that are salvageable.
