My soil is full of clay, I’m wanting to improve it for planting trees, veges etc, whats the best way of doing this? Can I did food scraps in to help attract worms?

If you soil is clay like then you need to raise your garden above ground and fill with good quality garden mix which is a mix of soil and compost. To this add dolomite and blood and bone (1 handful of each per square meter) and then you can plant your vegetable seeds and seedlings straight into this. You can use your food scraps in your compost.
