I see online that one should not put coffee grounds on the garden due to growth inhibiting caffeine residue.
However I use a I-year open compost cycle with everything in it to produce a rich black loam. Would this method be OK for coffee-grounds?
Many thanks.

Roy, I am not aware that using reasonably small amounts of Coffee grounds will do any harm, when you start using high volume potentially some issues could arise, but that is with anything, it sounds like you know what you are doing, a good compost is made of a lot of different organic materials.
Thanks the Palmers Team
