Hi, I have a Lemon tree in its first stage of fruits which don’t taste very acidy and some have very tiny seeds inside or none at all? Could you advise me on what the reason is and what the remedy I need to apply please Thank you Pat.

Hi Pat, As it is a fairly young plant it might not be mature enough to give the quality fruit it can produce, It is also possible it is a seed raised plant (versus a grafted plant) this will give you fruit that can be a little uneven in presentation and taste. Ensure you have a good Mulch around the Plant like the new Kolush Manuka mulch and seaweed this is a very effective way of keeping your Lemon healthy.

Thanks the Palmers Team
