Hi there
I have a 3 metre glass gazebo, shingle roof, It is full of 1500mm bamboo plants, I have a plant spectrum fluorescent light above them for their vitamins that is on about 10 hours. I keep them damp, but they have lost their “crispness” look.

  1. what should i fertilize them with please.

  2. do i need to warm their climate as its pretty cold at present or don’t they mind a cold climate?

  3. I have left them in their pots, 250mm diameter to help support them

Hi Roy, The answers to your questions are as follows:

  1. Use a good slow release fertilizer
  2. Try to even out the temperature (not hot and cold)
  3. Maybe they have outgrown the pot size
