Hello
Can I have some advice on what I could plant in a shelled garden that is low maintenance, at the moment we have some miniature flaxes which have take over the garden, I have found one plant I would like in there, but I want to put something that is low maintenance, thin leafed, I don’t want grasses as we have some and they now need to be pulled out. We live in Northland and have been in draught for last few years so it needs to be some hardy as well.
Many thanks

Hi Aneta
Thanks for your question. A thin leafed plant that is low maintenance and drought tolerant is Corokia buddlejoides or any of the Corokia varieties that interest you with thin leaves as there is a range of colours that may appeal to you.
