Hi there,

I see my climate mandarin at separate place in my garden is dying, I found the slug eating and living in the tree trunk.

I kill some slug but not long other slug come again.

What can I do?

Hi Kevin,

The slug is not the problem, most likely you have a Lemon tree borer which stops the sap flow in your Mandarin, if your plant is already dying it will be hard to get it to grow again. You will need to find the little holes in the trunk of the Mandarin and use a Borer injector spray. Depending on how bad the tree is looking it might be better to buy a new one. Please note without seeing the tree it is hard to identify a specific problem.
