I have bought an Initial semi dwarf apple tree from you and did not realise it is not self-fertile (confirmed with Waimea Nursery). Which pollinator should I get and how do I go about doing this?

As you do not have a self-fertile variety it would be a good idea to get one other different cultivar for cross pollination and to ensure that you have a good fruit set. Choose one which suits your needs and taste. Plant them close together. Check the label on the tree if you still have it, sometimes they may have their name on the label along with recommended pollinators.
