I have a lemon tree that has grown really well since we planted it 2 years ago & is probably 5ft tall now. It flowered well in the summer but all the tiny ‘lemon bud’s’ dropped off & there is only one, very small immature lemon remaining. We give it citrus feed twice a year but does it need something else? I really want some lemons!!

You are doing the right thing by feeding regularly. When a tree drops its fruit it is usually a result of stress (ie the trees’ natural defence is to save energy for survival and try to set fruit at a later time). This often happens in very dry conditions when the tree should be regularly deep watered.
