We have found caterpillars approx one cm long and a brownish green in colour inside the fruit. There doesn’t appear to be any damage to the outside skin of the fruit so would like to know if anyone knows of this problem and how to stop it in future.

Hi Patrick, this will be the Guava Moth, there is nothing that you can do at the moment unfortunately but next year you should hang a Guava Moth trap in the tree. Thanks the Palmers Team
