Hi
I have small trees in pots that have a thick green moss growing on the soil. I presume it will be using up the goodness in there…. what can I spray it with? I see sprays for moss in lawns, would that affect my young trees? thanks! Rachel

Hi Rachel, I wouldn’t be worried about the moss it is not detrimental to the plant’s health, it makes it a bit harder to assess if the plant requires water or not. If you are worried about this just loosening it hand or small hand fork will cause it to dry up.
Thanks the Palmers Team
