this year my scarlet runners have loads of flowers but no beans why???

Hi Audrey, apparently bees nibble on the flowers to get the pollen and with this the ability of the flower to produce the beans reduces. Unfortunately there is little you can do about this. Alternatively try planting earlier or later in the season, they appear to set better when the weather isn’t so hot. Thanks, the Palmers team
