Hi there, I have some iceberg roses which are planted side by side .Most are doing well except for three. Two of the rose bushes have persistent blackspot and yellowing leaves despite religious fortnightly spraying and one despite healthy leaves and buds has the droopiest blooms which look like they have been water deprived but certainly have not been. Any advice is very welcome.!

Hi absie thanks for your question. Have you added more garden mix soil to the rose garden? This could help improve the soil structure to prevent the water from draining away quickly. I spray with neem oil and find this organic solution works well for both bugs and fungal infection. You can pick some up from your local Palmers store.
