My tulips have finished flowering but as yet haven’t died back, can I dig them up and put the bulbs into dirt somewhere else or will I risk them not flowering next season??
The ‘goodness’ from the leaves is necessary for increased bulb size and health, so digging them up early is likely to affect their flowering. Also, remember they do need a cold winter for good flowering.
