Hi! My mum in law, based in Palmerston North, bought me a gift card from your store, it states on the card that Palmers is Nationwide, and yet there are no stores in the South Island?

Thanks for your question. Yes there are no stores in the south island I am sorry if that is where you were hoping to visit.

If your mother in law could approach the Palmerston North retailer and arrange a gift to be sent to you direct to the value of your gift card and the gift card to be redeemed at that store.
