I am looking after the school lawns at Our Lady of Kapiti new school.
Unfortunately there does not seem to be much top soil on the lawns and due to the weather over the last couple of weeks, very little lawn growth.
What is the most cost effective way of improving the lawns, keeping in mind the areas are rather vast!

HI Greg, Unfortunately the amount of work/expense has a direct effect on the end result, the more time and money the better the lawn. As a minimum you would need to fertilise in the autumn (about now with more soil moisture but still warm soils) and again in spring (sept) Just check at your local store but the Scott lawn fertiliser is probably the most cost effective. Thanks the Palmers Team
