Madame Alfred Carriere has had 2 opportunities to flower in my garden and this second plant refused to bloom as well!
What can I do?
Plenty of leaf. Seasol as in rest of garden plus nitofoska recently.
Thanks,
Jenny

Hi Jenny, Assuming you do a winter prune, in this case I have a feeling you are trimming it like a bush rose? Leave good strong previous years growth as it will flower from last year’s wood. Fertiliser looks all ok.
Thanks the Palmers Team
