Early 2016 I purchased an “On Guard” Cat repellent, from your Garden Centre near Highland Park, and paid almost $90.00 for it. I installed two batteries as described and installed it, to cover a particular flower bed being used by a cat. For a time it appeared to work. Unfortunately I left it in position during the winter. More recently the cat was once again using the flower bed. I guessed the On Guard may require new batteries. I purchased two new batteries and installed them. The On Guard now gives the quietest of squeeks once when the button is pressed, and the light by the button, to check the sound, does not light up. Once the button is pressed and the faint squeek is heard, it will not operate again for a considerable time, when the button is again pressed. I think it is reasonableto assume it is not working correctly, if at all. I do not have the receipt of purchase, unfortunately. Can you please tell me where I can get the cat repeller inspected,for advice and possible repair. Can your garden centre help?

Hi Michael, Unfortunately, the supplier has advised us that there are no serviceable parts to this unit and are unable to replace this, you are more than welcome to take it back to the store for them to check if any parts can be taken apart and cleaned, unfortunately there is no guarantee that this will make any difference or indeed can be put back together again in one piece!
