Hi Lata,

Ensure the orchid is receiving plenty of sunlight, It needs a well lit room or it will not flower. Do not put it next to a window or door though, direct sunlight can be harmful.

Water the plant often, twice a week in summer and at least every week to 2 weeks in winter. Ensure the water all runs away and the plant is not left to sit in water. These plants love humidity so misting them with a spray bottle every few days is ideal, adding some liquid fertiliser is great as it will give the plants nutrients. There are some great soluble orchid food options around. Using something like Yates Thrive Orchid Liquid Concentrate would be ideal to help the plants set flowers.

I hope you get some blooms soon.
