I think I’ve over-pruned my daisy bushes. They were getting very large and woody last year so I cut them back by about half after flowering (as I read somewhere online). A number of them now have no leaves at all, and are basically skeletons. Is there any way to salvage them or should I just pull them out?

Your daisy plants should recover just fine by next season. They will shoot from the trunk and skeleton stems.
