Hi. When is the Palmerston North shop opening again. Have always bought from Palmers and have a loyalty card but can’t use it.

The existing Palmerston North store will not be reopening. As a franchise business, we rely on a franchisee to partner with and favourable lease options to be able to open a store, and we are hopeful we can find both very soon. We will certainly keep customers informed on our website when the situation changes.
