Why are my peaches splitting on the tree? Some are also going rotten while still on tree

Hi Grant,
The splitting will be due to sudden increase in moisture content in the soil. (has been dry then all of a sudden a lot of rain) The rotten ones most likely will be brown rot. Best to control this with preventative Free flow copper, once you do have fruit that show sign if you can remove these asap to prevent this from spreading (high humidity is a problem as well).
Thanks
