Hi there,

The palmers in whangarei on water street has let one of their plants outside get out of control and it’s taking over the pedestrian walk way which is especially a problem since there are a few people in wheel chairs in the area and frequently use the walkway.
Who do I contact in regards to taking care of that to make the area more accessible in front of their store
