Good morning Miles,

Holes in leaves is often a sign of caterpillars or even slugs eating the leaves. If there are no such signs as snail trails my bet is on some kind of caterpillar, perhaps the larvae of the potato moth.

The best thing to do is spray the leaves with an insecticide. Yates success Ultra is a good option- mix according to the label on the bottle, spray all foliage including the underside of leaves. Spray in the evenings or morning.

Repeat if needed in 7 days time, This should help fix your insect problem.
