I have a fine indoor bamboo plant, well two of them, each side of the door… I have just cut them right back severely as I was sick of the yellow leaves… They are growing back nicely now, with green leaves. Is there any way I can stop this from happening again???? Am I doing something wrong, or is this just the way these plants go? I have them in the conservatory.

Yes bamboo drop their leaves. If leaves are dropping and there are no signs of new ones, then the bamboo is probably standing in water. New fresh green leaves will come through. So do not over water. You can feed generously in spring with a complete fertilizer.
