Hi Cheryl, About right now (over July and August) (remember they fruit on little “laterals)” that provide flowers for 3-4 years. In regards to fertilising, for larger plants like this I would just provide a good mulch (like Kolush Manuka mulch and seaweed) that ensures there is no weed growth around the tree and improves the overall soil quality, in Sandy soils you might need to add some additional fertilisers.
