I’m a new gardener. I have an Apple and a Peach tree, the property is old and I think these may have been planted many years ago. They both have lots of moss on the branches. Is it too late to prune?

Yes it is too late to prune – this should be done in winter when they are dormant. Pruning now will result in loss of flowers and fruiting will be minimal. The trees will also ‘bleed’ as the sap is moving now with spring growth. Have a look a the How To Guides on the website for information on pruning and growing fruit trees.
