Hi, I planted a rhubarb last summer and everything I read said not to harvest the first years crop but to let it die back over winter to feed the root stock. I did this even though my plant was a triffid. It’s now spring and my plant us still quite large.should I cut it all back to allow for new growth or should I leave it.
Cheers TJ

Hi Taman, No just leave mother nature do its thing, old leaves will naturally die down
