I found a website that said all pip fruit should be sprayed in winter with lime sulphur. Does this include strawberries? I always thought it was only deciduous fruits and berries that could have lime applied.

Hi Carol, No no no Definitely no lime sulphur on strawberries this most likely will kill them. (only for deciduous fruit Trees) This time of the year you can give them a good clean (remove dead and damaged leaves) remove flowers if they are there and spray with Free flow copper Mulch with Kolush Manuka mulch and seaweed, this will set them up for good spring and summer growth.

Thanks the Palmers Team
