What do I do with strawberries after they have fruited. There are long trailers do I do anything with these along with rest of plant?

Hi Greg,
You can remove and re-plant some of those runners if you wish, this will give you more strawberry plants for the next season. Strawberry plants should last for around 3 seasons. Mulch the plants with pea straw over winter, It is a good time to clean up the strawberry plants, prune off old or damages leaves and just a general tidy to get them ready for the next fruiting season. Feed your plants in autumn and again in spring with strawberry food.
All the best for the coming season.
