I have recently moved to Palmerston North from sub-tropicaL Queensland. I want to add Hibiscus, Azaleas, Rhododendrons and Hydrangeas to this bland colourless garden. Not sure whether to plant now or leave it until early Spring.
Please advise

Hi Judy, you wouldn’t plant Hibiscus until next November/December, Azaleas and Rhododendrons are becoming available from now over the next few months and can be planted from now onwards and the first Hydrangeas will appear from July onwards but can be planted right up to end of December. I hope this helps! Thanks the Palmers Team
