hi Have put down a new garden using garden soil but my tomatoes developed blight. Do I need to treat the soil before using that part of the garden again

Hi Jo-Anne
Thanks for your question. You will need to remove and dispose of the infected soil and put new soil down. Plant your tomatoes elsewhere this year and spray with copper every two weeks as well as water only at the base of the plants not the leaves. Plant beans where your toms were.
Happy gardening
