I have a tree dahlia and it’s been frosted. What should I do with it Should I cut it off at ground level?

Hi Helen,
Wait until all frosts are over then prune hard and time it as new growth appears. If the new growth is at ground level then yes, prune it back to ground level.
Thanks, the Palmers team
