I’ve got some lovely trees which have grown too big and block out our sun so husband wants to remove them. However it will then leave a bare garden. Do we underplant prior to cutting down or after removing them. Which plants would be suitable that keep weeds down and spreads together
Cheers Monique

Hi Monique, As different plants grow under trees compared to growing in the open without the protection of the canopy of the trees. Carefully consider other alternatives maybe get the trees professionally trimmed? Seems a shame to remove nice established trees.
Thanks the Palmers Team
