I’m not sure how much lime to use on my vegetable garden and if the use of lime is detrimental to any of the vegetable variety.
I would appreciate youe advice. -Regards Patrick

Hi Patrick, You can be quite liberal and unlikely be detrimental to any vegetable you might be growing (it is used to raise the PH most soils in NZ are slightly acid ideally the PH should be between 6-7 for best vegetable growth. You can test this with a Ph tester, but a good sprinkle of Lime won’t do any harm.
Thanks the Palmers Team
