Ingredients

  • 85 grams Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pureed, strained raspberries
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and continue whisking until combined.
  3. Whisk in raspberries, cream and milk until all is combined.
  4. Pour mixture into ice cream maker according to instructions.
