Cabbage Savoy King

Cabbage Savoy King produces large crisp heads of finely crinkled emerald leaves. Named for a region in Northern Italy, Savoy Cabbage ("Cavolo Verza" in Italian) is ideal for wrapping around fillings and in stews, soups and risotto. A great match with red wine, juniper, apples, spices and horseradish. Excellent for preserves like kimchi or sauerkraut.

For best results sow into trays of Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix. Firm down and keep moist. Transplant when large enough to handle (4-6 weeks). Choose a sunny, well-drained position.
