Delivery of online orders
Palmers are so excited to be able to help you get growing! We’re currently offering delivery for online orders to your house, workplace or wherever you’re getting into the garden. If you’re planning on purchasing larger items, or simply cannot wait for the courier, you can click and collect from your local Palmers.
The regional delivery charges are outlined below:
Please note, that to ensure our products arrive in the best condition possible, we will not dispatch orders on a Friday or a public holiday to avoid our plants being held at a courier depot for longer than necessary.
You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, this will include a tracking link. Couriers are working at capacity at present, so your delivery may take a few days longer than usual.
Delivery for Palmers online orders is available within New Zealand to physical residential or commercial addresses only. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as we require a signature on delivery so we know your order has been delivered safely. Whilst we endeavour to be able to send our great gardening products to wherever you are in NZ, there may be some addresses that our couriers can’t quite get to, we will contact you if this is the case.
For delivery to any commercial address, please supply the name of the business in the delivery address details of your order. Some couriers are not able to deliver to a commercial address if the business name is not supplied.
Delivery will be by courier or by any delivery service as chosen by Palmers.
